According to the "Safety Supervision and Management Measures for Dangerous Chemicals Construction Projects" and other regulations, on July 25, 2019, Anqing City Emergency Management Bureau organized an Anqing Hualan Technology Co., Ltd. 1000 tons / year liquid nitrile rubber, 30,000 tons in the municipal affairs center / Annual carboxylated nitrile latex, 10,000 tons / year high solid styrene-butadiene latex construction project safety facilities design review. More than 10 people including the company's leaders, leaders of the city's competent departments, review experts, and design units attended the meeting.

The expert group and the participating reviewers listened to the company's introduction to the project construction situation and the report of the design unit's preparation of the project safety facilities design. The expert group consulted the documents, questioned the communication, commented on the discussion, and proposed a special revision and improvement advice. At the end of the meeting, the expert group passed the design review of the safety facilities of the second phase of the Anqing Hualan project.
